Step 1. Sandblasting and pre-treatment
Ensure a long lasting finish for your metal by having the object thoroughly prepped and stripped back in our sand blasting booth.
Aluminium products will also go through our full-immersion pre-treatment system which is regularly checked by an independent company specializing in the pre-treatment of metals.
Step 2. Apply the powder coat
You can pick from a wide range of colours from Dulux powder coating colours to several specialist products including anti-graffiti and coatings similar to a zinc dip. Please feel free to contact us for a full range of powder coating colour options.
Step 3. Bake the powder coat
With an oven size of 6.5 meters long 2.4 meters high and 2 meters wide, you can powder coat just about any metal object that will fit! All our powder coating equipment is modern and top of the line, in order to provide you with a professional finish.
Please note that we also provide water jet metal cutting and sheet metal fabrication.
