Advantages of abrasive water jet cutting machines
Because water jet cutting does not heat up the object being cut, there is no distortion or hardening of the material. This is particularly important for heat treated metals as they can be drilled and machined after water jet cutting without the risk of breaking tools.
There is also no discolouration of stainless steel as no heat is introduced into the material. This means you get a clean, accurate cut, every time.
